Your AGM experience will begin with an initial meeting aimed at developing a comprehensive understand of your operations, business goals, and ongoing projects. We will use this information to develop a unique plan that makes sense for you. All you have to do is give us the information, and we’ll organize it into manageable projects that make sense to the CRA. After all, it’s our job to know the SR&ED requirements – not yours.

The cornerstone of the AGM approach is our heavy involvement in the R&D process. Our approach is based on a Real-Time tracking process coupled with regular on-site visits (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly), where eligible expenditures and relevant technical documentation is captured immediately after the work is performed. Other consulting firms work on annual or bi-annual visiting schedules, which significantly compromise the accuracy of your claim and means your claim may not be maximized. As the SR&ED rules become more stringent, this approach presents an inability to defend the claim and thus a potential for reduction or even loss of credits.
